1. Booking Policy

All room bookings are subject to availability. Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable

3. Cancellation & Refund

Guests may cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Later cancellations may not be eligible for refund.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Maintain decorum and follow hotel rules
• Provide valid ID during check-in
• Any damage to hotel property will be chargeable

5. Payment Terms

We accept UPI, net banking, and all major cards. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned.

6. Children & Extra Beds

• Children below 5 stay free with parents
• Extra beds are available upon request and subject to additional charges

7. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in licensed zones.

8. Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed unless previously approved by management.

9. Website Use

Users must not misuse or attempt to hack, modify, or damage the website or booking system.
